How to Cancel When I Work
To cancel your When I Work account, log into the web app as an admin and navigate to the Account & Billing section. Click the gear menu and select Cancel Account. Complete the prompts to confirm cancellation. Note that there are no refunds for cancellation, and you will be immediately logged out once the process is complete.
To cancel your When I Work account, follow these steps:
- Log In: Access your account via the When I Work web app on a computer. Note that you must be an admin to proceed with the cancellation.
- Navigate to Account Settings: Click on the profile menu at the top navigation bar and select Account & Billing.
- Cancel Account: In the middle of the Account & Billing page, click on the Gear menu and select Cancel Account.
- Complete the Prompts: Follow the prompts to finalize the cancellation process. Once completed, you will be logged out of your account.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your account.
Important Considerations
- Data Retention: If you wish to keep any data, such as user information or schedules, make sure to export it before cancellation. This includes exporting timesheets if you use Time Clock & Attendance.
- Refund Policy: There are no refunds for any charges incurred during the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation, but you are responsible for any charges that occurred before the cancellation date.
