How it works

Step by step guide

STEP 1

Create account

Signup for a free trial

STEP 2

Connect Gusto

Go to the Integrations page, click connect Gusto and log into Gusto to allow Workyard to sync data.

STEP 3

Sync users

Navigate to the employees page, and click Import to sync Employees from Gusto to Workyard.You will be prompted to select which records you would like to be synced.

STEP 4

Invite users

Add team members to your Workyard account so they can track time and fill timesheets.

STEP 5

Clock time

Your employees will be invited to download the app. Get you team clocking in and out every day to record time accurately.

STEP 6

Send time to Gusto

Go to the Time Cards page, click Export. Next select the Pay Period you would like to export. All time cards will be electronically sent to Gusto.

How do I set up the Gusto time tracking integration?

Setting up the integration takes less than a minute, it's as simple as providing your Gusto username and password to link Workyard with your Gusto account. Where do I access the timesheets in Gusto
